Alarm-NMS

Network management system generated alarms (e.g. from a Nokia NMS / 10) accumulate naturally on the operator's console. So that an alarming also takes place beyond the network management, we have realized a new alarm management system. This system consists of of the following functional units:

• Mobile radio - alarming
• Fixed and Wireless management
• Alarm contact adapter (max. 32 potential free contacts)

On mobile radio - alarming the alarms of the management system will be transfered to a mobile telephone. The operator can read the alarm messages in clear text.

The Fixed and Wireless management goes on a step. It transfers the alarms and makes possible remote control of the management system. The mobile operator gets terminal function capability.

The new-developed alarm contact adapter for an existing network management system NMS / 10 C6.0 offers the forwarding of alarms by email to release a switch contact. A maximum of 32 potential free contacts are available, for still bigger need several contact adapter systems can be cascaded.

We supply you the alarm contact adapter, the other optional or necessary devices and servers. We do the software configuration as well as we put the complete system in operation.
